In this 4 hour, interactive workshop we will increase knowledge of personal values as they may influence professional responsibility related to suicide prevention and intervention describe the components of a comprehensive Suicide Safety and Soothing Plan that includes Family Centered Safety Planning and reducing access to lethal means learn strategies to implement Living Ideation Safety Plans to stabilize youth in their homes and community learn strategies to (accurately) increase parents’ and caregivers’
confidence in keeping their loved ones safe following hospital intervention
or to prevent hospital intervention
