Article Discussion and review of The Unseen Spouse: Pitfalls and Possibilities for the Individual Therapist Natalie Sanchez attended the California State University, Chico and completed a MS in Psychology with an emphasis on Marriage and Family Therapy in 2006. She completed an internship in Marriage and Family Therapy and received supervision and training in behavioral interventions for individuals, family and couples with an emphasis on children and adolescents. Natalie has received training and supervision for behavioral medicine and health psychology. She has a history of being a clinical director of agencies in the community. She is an AAMFT and NV approved supervisor and is completing her PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision. Natalie is a co-founder of Health Psychology Associates and is the Clinical Director of Health Psychology Associates and oversees the psychotherapy programs. Natalie believes that access to meaningful therapeutic services is a vital issue. She has helped to sustain that commitment through HPA as an agency that accepts Medicaid in addition to all other commercial insurances. Elizabeth Dear, MA, was raised in the psychodynamic milieu of Pacifica Graduate Institute, and in 21 years of psychotherapy practice has integrated existential thought and systems theories into her work. She has practiced in this area since 2000 and shares her dedication to systems oriented psychotherapy in her role as an AAMFT Approved Supervisor. She currently serves on the Board of NCSC.

- Treating Traumatic & Problematic Memory
This training is being taught by Ryan Clifford MFT. Ryan specializes in treating trauma and anxiety using parts framework and EMDR. Training will cover some basic neuro science, memory networks, therapies that conceptualize the personality in parts, and implementing parts therapies to treat trauma symptoms. This training qualifies for 3 CEUS.

Due to COVID-19 we will unfortunately be postponing this event until 2021. This event will raise funds for the Holt Scholarship, as well as another local non-profit serving the Northern Nevada mental health community, to be determined at the event by the attendees. Additional funding will support NCSC's training endeavors to provide our community with high quality systemic counseling.

- Mentoring Day
This event is free for supervisors, students, future interns, current interns, and any licensed therapist that would like to participate. During this time pre-licensed interns, students, and interns will be placed in break out groups hosted by supervisors. This time will be used for future interns to get to know some supervisors and ask questions about the internship process.
